2014 a mysterious buyer set a record that still holds when he paid
$100.47 million for a penthouse on Manhattan’s Billionaire’s Row - and
now he's been identified as tech billionaire Michael Dell.
The Wall Street Journal reports that Dell, whose net worth Forbes estimates at $23.3 billion, bought the 10,923-square-foot property on the 89th and 90th floors of One57, located at 157 West 57th Street in Midtown.
